Port Richmond

Port Richmond is a neighborhood located just to the north of Fishtown and east of Kensington.

In colonial times, most of today's Port Richmond was owned by Anthony Palmer, the founder of Philadelphia's Kensington neighborhood.

Port Richmond has become a popular neighborhood in Philadelphia, as many real estate investors have recently made this neighborhood a focal point for new development and renavation projects.

The neighborhoods close proximity to Northern Liberties and Fishtown, as well as it's affordability and accessibility to i95 make Port Richmond a very desirable area.
