Northern Liberties

Northern Liberties is located just to the north of Old City.

NoLibs has become an extremely desirable Philadelphia neighborhood. Large improvement and revitalization projects have also been undertaken recently, causing a large jump in property values.

The neighborhood has awesome accessibility to Center City, and has become a hub for commercial and residential real estate.

Northern Liberties contains a couple of well kept privately owned but public parks. Orianna Hill Park is known as an off-leash area for dogs. Liberty Lands, is a 2-acre park and playground.

Northern Liberties, and especially 2nd street is home to many boutique stores, bars, & restaurants.

Yards Brewing Company is located in the neighborhood.
